Directions

Make your way to the City Harbor Dock and find the Nautilus restaurant. With the Nautilus on your left, walk toward the water—you’ll see a ramp down to the dock and a white lobster boat waiting. Head down to meet your captain and guide. If unsure, just ask anyone for the Back & Forth boat.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Due to the small, private nature of our trips (maximum 6 guests), all bookings are secured in full at the time of reservation.

We understand that plans can change.

​

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund

​

Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable

​

If you’re unable to make your trip, we’re always happy to help you reschedule where possible, or offer a credit if we’re able to refill your space.

​

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
